License Grant
Subject to payment of applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our WordPress plugins and SaaS products in accordance with the plan you purchased. Each product’s license terms (e.g. number of sites) are shown at checkout and in your account dashboard.
Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Payment, Billing & Refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated. You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund the current period unless required by law or stated in a specific product’s refund policy. Where a money-back guarantee is advertised for a product, its specific terms take precedence.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: reverse-engineer or resell our products outside an authorized license; use our services to send spam, malware, or unlawful content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or use our products in a way that violates applicable law.
Intellectual Property
All software, branding, documentation, and content provided by TestBed UfirstDEV remain our intellectual property (or that of our licensors). Your license lets you use the software — it does not transfer ownership.
Support & Updates
Active licenses include access to product updates and standard support through our support ticket system, subject to the support hours published on our Support page. We aim to respond promptly but do not guarantee specific response times unless covered by a separate support agreement.
Affiliate Program
Participation in our affiliate program is subject to the commission rates, cookie duration, and payout terms published on our Affiliate Program page, which we may update from time to time. We reserve the right to withhold commissions obtained through fraudulent or abusive referral activity.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TestBed UfirstDEV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our products or services if you violate these Terms. You may stop using our products at any time by cancelling your subscription.
